River City Chorus is looking for an enthusiastic Musical Director who is knowledgeable about performance and vocal technique and willing to take on new challenges to guide us to further develop our singing and performance in a dynamic and motivational manner.
She/he will need to take up the post before the end of 2020.
Founded in 1992, we are an established and Award-winning A Cappella chorus of around 30 members, singing a variety of songs in 4 part harmony and are very lucky to be based in the beautiful Cathedral City of Exeter.
We are a committed group of women who share music in a supportive and friendly environment singing for fun and to raise funds for charity, as well as competing in local and national competitions.
Our roots in Barbershop, being members of LABBS (Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers) so you must enjoy and have an understanding of the unique Barbershop style.

Rehearsals take place every Monday evening from 7:30pm to 9:45pm at Whipton Community Hall, Pinhoe Road, Exeter EX4 8AD
